Job description
Prepare menus in collaboration with colleagues Ensure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations Prepare ingredients that should be frequently available (vegetables, spices etc.) Follow the guidance of the executive or sous chef and have input in new ways of presentation or dishes Put effort in optimizing the cooking process with attention to speed and quality Enforce strict health and hygiene standards Help to maintain a climate of smooth and friendly cooperation ➡️IMPORTANT: Shift Information & Expectations • Please arrive on time and dressed in the correct uniform, ready to start your shift. • Please factor in site security checks as part of your travel time to ensure you are able to start your shift on time. ⚠️Please note: • Meals will not be provided during this shift. • If you are late or arrive in the incorrect uniform, you will be turned away without pay.
