As an Experience Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring the highest quality of service at our front desk. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, from greeting visitors to liaising with clients and onsite security. Your professionalism and attention to detail will ensure that every interaction is a positive reflection of our organization. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and meet all visitors, clients, and personnel warmly - Manage parking space organization - Direct visitors to the correct floors - Ensure the smooth operation of the desk - Handle emails and telephone inquiries efficiently - Report any faults to the client and relevant personnel - Conduct daily building checks in adherence to health and safety protocols - Carry out various administrative tasks as requested Required Skills: - Professional appearance and adherence to smart office wear (no trainers) - Strong communication and administration skills - Ability to remain calm in stressful situations - Good written and spoken English - Proficiency in using computers - Attention to detail and proactive approach to tasks This is an excellent opportunity to expand your professional experience while contributing to a smooth operational flow.
