In this dynamic role, your primary responsibilities will include: - Overseeing the delivery, collection, and presentation of hospitality services - Ensuring that clients receive prompt, courteous, and efficient service that exceeds expectations - Being visible and approachable during service periods to address guest needs - Presenting all food and beverage items according to ' high standards - Collaborating with team members to deliver an effective hospitality experience - Upholding hygiene, health, safety, and environmental policies at all times Key Skills and Requirements: - Ability to deliver refreshments to meeting rooms efficiently - Proficient in using trays for serving and clearing - Competent in opening wine bottles and pouring wine - Experience serving food at buffet stations - Basic knowledge of drink preparation - Completion of basic health & safety and allergen training
