Job description

We are seeking an experienced Past Production Chef to oversee the preparation of high-quality dishes and confidence in pasta production (dough, filled pasta, sauces) . In this role, you will be responsible for recreating consistent meals, maintaining inventory of ingredients, and ensuring efficient kitchen operations. The ideal candidate has strong culinary skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Creating pasta and sauces from scratch Prepare dishes following established recipes or menus. Ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards. Manage kitchen inventory and supplies. Supervise kitchen staff and maintain a clean, safe work environment. Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards. Qualifications: Proven experience as a chef, with a focus on pasta production. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen management. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
