To search and apply for hospitality vacancies, you’ll need to register with Coople and create a profile. Follow these simple steps:

To begin your application, download the Coople Jobs App. Available on Android and IOS.

Once you've downloaded the Coople Jobs App, you'll need to create an account. Simply enter a valid email address, create a password, and fill in your personal details.

How to apply for jobs in hospitality
To search and apply for jobs, you’ll need to register with Coople and create a profile. Follow these simple steps:

04. Upload your identification and enter your National Insurance number
As your legal employer, we need to confirm your identity and work permit before we can start working with you.
05. Add job profiles
Add your bartender, waiter / waitress, kitchen assistant, barback, barista, or food runner job profiles. You can also select your level of experience: novice, intermediate or experienced.
What happens next?
Complete your right to work check.
Coople is your legal employer. The UK government requires us to check your right to work before we can legally hire you.
Your nationality and immigration status will determine which documents you need to provide as part of the verification process.
The great news is that you only need to prove your right to work once. Once we’ve completed your right to work check, you can apply for jobs, get hired, receive weekly payments and be eligible for benefits.

Once you’ve reviewed the details of an interesting job, you can select the shifts you want to apply for and send off your application.

How do I upload my CV and other documents?
You can upload your CV in moments by heading to your profile within the Coople Jobs App and selecting CV and other documents. Next, tap the plus icon and select CV from the menu. Check out our guide on how to upload your CV.
I don’t have any previous hospitality experience, can I still apply?
Yes! We welcome people with all different levels of experience. To match you with the best jobs, make sure you select the correct level of experience (novice, intermediate or experienced). Find out how you can add job roles to your profile.
How often will I be paid?
Your first payment will be made two weeks in arrears. All following payments will be made weekly. You can review your payslips at any time in the Coople Jobs App via the profile menu. Please make sure your bank details are added correctly to prevent late payments. Find out more in our help centre.
I already have the Coople Jobs App, do I need to create a new account?
No, you don’t need to create a new account. Simply sign in to the Coople Jobs App and search and apply for relevant hospitality jobs near you.
