What can you expect:
- Earn up to £11.41/hr (plus holiday pay) as one of our sanitisation operatives or hygiene operatives. You could earn up to £730 per week with overtime and night shifts!
- You will be hired for a fixed work schedule (rota) of 5 shifts per week. Morning, afternoon, and night shifts available.
- Must attend a mandatory health & safety induction on site before your first shift. Training is paid and provided.
- Cleaning jobs available in both Nuneaton and Banbury.
Job responsibilities:
- Cleaning of processing equipment and production lines to meet required standards, measured through testing of samples.
- Deep cleaning of production areas.
- Post cleaning checks to make sure everything has been completed properly.
- Ensuring that all paperwork is correctly completed.
- Making sure that everything you do complies with company procedures for Health & Safety and Hygiene.
- Carrying out scheduled daily cleaning tasks – bin movement, outside cleaning
- Ensuring that your cleaning and personal protective equipment are functioning correctly at all times..
- The ability to work effectively under time pressure.
- Reporting any incidents or environmental concerns to your line manager.

Add your cleaning professional or warehouse job profiles. You can also select your level of experience: novice, intermediate or experienced.
What happens next?
Complete your right to work check.
Coople is your legal employer. The UK government requires us to check your right to work before we can legally hire you.
The great news is that your right to work check can be completed online, but only until the 5th April 2022. After the 5th April we will need to meet you in person to complete your right to work check.
Once we’ve completed your right to work check, you can apply for jobs and get hired.
