Once you have created an account, you will receive an invitation to attend an in-person session. At the session, you will complete your onboarding, receive full training for the job, provide the required documentation, start DBS checks, and complete a short quiz.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver orders in a timely manner using an e-moped provided to you
  • Plan and prepare your incoming orders to ensure you have the right route and customer address before take off
  • Follow processes and procedures to ensure customers can track their orders accurately
  • Be a pioneer of exceptional customer service
  • Help out with store operation when required

Candidate requirements:

  • Great communication skills and proficient in English 
  • Familiar with London roads
  • Experience in providing excellent customer service
  • Must have a full, clean UK driving license, or a provisional UK driving license with a CBT certificate
  • Enjoy being part of a team and fast-paced environment
  • Right to work in the UK

Yes! For this role you don’t need previous experience. We are accepting entry level applicants.

How often will I be paid?
Your first payment will be made two weeks in arrears. All payments following will be made weekly. You can review your payslips at any time in the Coople Jobs App via the profile menu. Please make sure your bank details are added correctly to prevent late payments. Find out more in our help centre.
