Is there a minimum number of hours?

No, you hire the hours you need.

Can I cancel a shift? Are there any time restrictions?

You can cancel a shift if you need to – just contact us directly and we’ll do it for you.

Are your hospitality workers experienced?

Yes, we have novice, intermediate and experienced staff. You can select the experience level you need when you post your job.

Do I have to pay for the hours or shifts before they start?

No, you pay after a shift is completed. You approve the hours worked and only pay once approved.

How do I pay?

It’s easy. You set up a direct debit, and once you approve hours, we’ll take payment on a weekly basis.

What does the payment include for the worker?

Once you set the hourly wage, we’ll add on holiday pay, national insurance and a pension contribution. These are mandatory payments when hiring workers.
