Introducing Sergiu T.
Sergiu became a Coopler in 2020. Since joining Coople, Sergiu has worked with various companies across London in a range of logistics roles. Due to his quality work and professionalism, Sergiu was nominated as our first UK Super Coopler in February 2021.
What are your professional and/or personal goals, and how does flexible work support you?
“After multiple lockdowns, the pandemic presented a ‘now or never’ moment. It gave me time to reflect and inspired me to develop my growth mindset, which led me to start working flexibly. Since registering with Coople, I have been able to apply and build my experience in different fields rather than in a fixed industry. I can now progress in my desired career field according to my studies. Most importantly, Coople gives me flexibility to manage and spend my free time with my loved ones.”

Introducing Jack S.
Jack joined Coople in 2019, working with multiple companies across London as a highly rated chef, bartender, and waiter. Due to his great work performance, Jack was nominated as our Super Coopler of March 2021.
As a Super Coopler, how does flexible work support you, and what has been your most memorable experience whilst working with Coople?
“I first joined Coople in 2019 after I fell out of love with being a pub manager. Coople has been a god send and has allowed me to stay active and work in many different roles. My favourite flexible work experience so far was the shift I did as a dispatcher at Deliveroo Blackwall. At the time, I was living alone in the middle of lockdown. The guys there really made me feel like I was part of the team.”

Introducing Khaled Z.
Khaled became a Coopler in 2019 and began working in the events sector as a delivery porter before transitioning into the hospitality sector. After receiving great feedback from hiring companies for his positive attitude and work output, Khaled was nominated as our Super Coopler of May 2021.
As a Super Coopler, how does flexible work support you?
“I want to thank Coople for supporting me during difficult times throughout the lockdown. I’ve worked with different agencies but Coople has been the best. I’m currently studying to reach my goals. Coople have supported me by connecting me with flexible shifts that work around my schedule, which gives me more time to spend with my family and relax.
