How can flexible work support your professional advancement? We spoke to Himani, our temp-to-perm Coopler, to learn more about her experience with Coople and her career progression.

When and why did you join Coople? What has stood out to you most about your experience?

“I believe Coople is where hard work gets rewarded, and people can make a fulfilling career. I joined Coople in September 2021 to find flexible jobs. Soon after, I was approached by Coople for an exciting opportunity as an Operations Co-ordinator. I saw this as the next step for my professional advancement and joined the team. Thanks to the role, I got intensive experience in client management and project delivery. After three successful months, I was offered a permanent role. In April 2022, I got promoted to Senior Operations Co-ordinator.”

What goals are you working towards?

“I am currently enjoying my work as a Senior Operations Co-ordinator in the office sector. It allows me to interact with clients, manage a team and deliver projects. My goal is to support the company’s vision of strengthening the value proposition for permanent roles. I’m also working towards building my team management and leadership skills.”

What advice would you give to new flexible workers?

“Working in flexible jobs can be challenging and demanding. However, if you persevere and go the extra mile, there are opportunities for you to conquer. Don’t be afraid of failures – learn from feedback and do better in your next job application. I would advise you to make sure that your CV is robust and relevant to the jobs you are applying for. Being prepared and enthusiastic in your interviews also goes a long way to leave a positive impression.
