Responsibilities:
- Deliver orders in a timely manner using an e-bike provided to you.
- Plan and prepare your incoming orders to ensure you have the right route and customer address before take off.
- Follow processes and procedures to ensure customers can track their orders accurately.
- Be a pioneer of exceptional customer service.
- Help out with store operation when required.
Candidate requirements:
- Great communication skills and proficient in English.
- Familiar with London roads and confident riding a bike.
- Experience in providing excellent customer service.
- Enjoy being part of a team and fast-paced environment.
- Owns a smart phone capable of providing directions.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Must be available for weekend and nights shifts, when required.
